The UNICASE Helical Worm Gear Units ensure maximum strength and rigidity in a lightweight and compact unit. The hardened cylindrical worm in the worm stage and the worm wheel with welded-on rim made of special bronze ensure a long service life. Optimised gear geometries, as well as precise shaft alignment ensured by the UNICASE™ housing concept, lead to a high bearing capacity.
